Are there any US Army/Navy/Airforce/Marine divisions that are open for people of a non-US nationality?

I've checked out USAFRICOM, but I couldn't find anything.

As far as I know, you at least have to have legal residency in the US to join the military. I'm pretty sure the same applies for any civilian position as well.
