I may not be up on things, but when I was last stationed in Deutschland, all those cars except the Mustang were made over there.

You buy a car anyware within the Europen Union, and transport in anyware within it, without paying taxes, import, export etc. All you need to do is buy it, get a vehicle excise licence( Tax Disc), Insure it, and learn to drive on various sides of the road. LOL Have Fun

NL is a blast, have fun, Amsterdam is one of my favourite cities, you have got to visit. Big Grin

Also the window shopping in certain districts is very good!!!!!!! LOL Wink
