Well I'm all signed up for the US Army. I got the MOS I was lookin for, "11x with Airborne option" and leave January 31 for boot camp. Thanks to everyone who posted in the forums to help answer any questions I or others may have had.

Good luck and start using Army terms such as Basic or Basic Combat Training and you will get along fine.

Cause you prolly won't be sent to an airborne unit at all.

Im sure he is in the middle of AIT. I still dont know why you get on yourself so much about being a civilian first born, the military is not all that.

Also its not even ink on paper anymore its all on the computer.

MADDANDY are you prior service, did you get a raw deal in the military.

I am on a military site where those that served are the majority.
I just want to make sure folks that contribute to this site know that I never served and am adding a civilians point of view.

The individuals serving are all that (at least the ones that arnt bad apples) but the military system is not.
