Hard numbers mislead - they failed to point out that the Marines Corp shipped about 3000 more people to active duty than the previous year. They also fail to mention waiver reporting procedures were in flux, matter of fact it wasn't until just a few months ago waiver reporting became standard for all services. Crappy journalism...

I went to basic with some jailbirds but none with felonies. I understand people need a chance but there's a fine line that needs to be watched when it comes to felons.
