Eight Marines were originally charged. Charges have been dismissed against four Marines. Four have been ordered to face a court martial.

The court martial of SSgt Frank Wuterich is tentatively scheduled for March 3-14, 2008.

The court martial of LCpl Stephen Tatum is tentatively scheduled to commence on March 28, 2008.

The court martial of LtCol Chessani is scheduled to commence a month later, on April 28 (read the press release from the Thomas More Law Center)

The court martial of Lt Andrew Grayson is tentatively scheduled to commence on March 28, 2008.

I do think that the other 5 marines will have their charges dropped also, waste of time to keep this going.
