What a great example of a hero. RIP comrade

Triple threat kinda guy! Bombs em, strafe's em, falls on em! Loved the bit about chewing up his opponents tail with his prop after running out of bullets!

My cousin e-mailed me about this. Her husband was a Marine aviator and flew with this man and they were friends of his. She was rather ticked off that nothing was mentioned on the news, but that Michael Jackson was, and that MJ was called a hero. MJ wasn't a hero, this man was.

Jacko was a joker! No doubt that the Col deserved more press time than a pop star that well... you all know what he did.

Both these men are hero's in my eyes, The Colonel fought for his country, MJ gave money to charity to make the world a better place, both of them had the same goal, but tryed to reach it in different ways.. "Land Of Freedom, Home Of The Brave!" |

"A suspect is innocent untill proven guilty" He was found innocent, a Marine (or related to one) should know this and respect that as it is a part of the American Constitution... "Land Of Freedom, Home Of The Brave!" |

Laurens, you have much to learn about America. When it comes to the rich people of this country I have a real hard time thinking they were really found "not guilty". Might I remind you of a man named "O.J Simpson"? I love my country dearly, but there are a few holes in our legal system. I do not take what I have in my country for granted. That, I do assure you.
I shall go a bit further and say that I hate M.J with a passion. I think he was a weak child. The only thing he really had to offer to the world was his (in my opinion) crappy music. The war hero mentioned in this thread deserved more attention from our country than M.J. He had much to offer the world, and my country than M.J ever did. He fought many times over to ensure my freedom, and that of my fellow countrymen. Whether or not M.J is innocent or not I could care less. Giving money to a charity is easy, but fighting for American takes real courage. |
