Asking retired to come back as well. Up to 60K bonus (though, I think 60K is for those out less than a year, goes down from there). There's also a disability limit...I think max was 30%. AND, you can negotiate your "come back rank" up to LtCol! Though, I'm sure a retired Gunny won't get that LtCol...
