The second Marine, Sgt. Crismarvin Banez Encarnacion, also received unspecified "non-judicial" punishment. Encarnacion is assigned to the Weapons and Field Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego.

NJP was too easy for them. I am stunned that the Sgt is only receiving undisclosed NJP for not stopping or controlling the incident.

Thier actions clearly, vividly and very publically brought dishonor to the Corps and to the United States.

To say that I am disgusted and ashamed that these two wore the title of Marine is a vast understatement.

I would dearly love to get either one or even both of these punks in a room alone for a brain housing realignment session. Those two are yet another waste of human skin.

No, the worst part is that they did it. I agree with the Gunny on this one (though, not being a Marine, I am not as determined).

I think that th one that got lighter UCMJ as to the one that got booted was not harsh enought to suit me, you don't harm or kill little animals. What we are killing everything in Iraq now? people and animals. Oh right kill that puppy before it does a car bombing. People that do @@@@ like that have no buisness in the service.
