Wow, that's GREAT news!! Do you know the content of the ad, what it will be discussing, and the date the magazine is coming out?

"Leatherneck Magazine", and its counterpart "Marine Corps Gazette", are not available via the local bookstores; but, are available at your nearest Marine Corps Recruiting Station/Sub-Station.
If there is a Marine Corps League Detachment or Marine Corps Reserve Unit close by, they should have extra copies on hand.
The Marine Corps Association website is easy to get the skinny, as well.

I retired after doing my twenty in the Corps, and count myself very lucky indeed.....I am actually working everyday, in one of the old transient barracks at MCAS Yuma. Its now converted in to office spaces, all three decks. I get a sense of deja-vu everyday when I come into work. I was stationed here for 8 years, did the desert shield/storm thing outta here. Met and married my wife in one of the local watering holes in Yuma. Still get my haircut at the base barbershop in the same chair....by the same guy! (his hands still shake, but still gives a good haircut!)
