I am a reporter who is looking into questions raised about this program and its source selection process. The Marine Corps Systems Command selected General Dynamics/American Growler over United Defense/Rae-Beck Automotive to provide its Expeditionary Fire Support System (EFSS) and Internally Transportable Vehicle (ITV) in November 2004.
