could I attend airborne school in the Marine corps and would I get the chance jump put an airplane on a mission?

Hmmm, think you are confusing the Marine Corps with the Army. You want Airborne, go there.

Yes, you can get to Jump School...but Gunny is partially right....the US Army has entire divisions of airborne, USMC has far less need for this training. There are certain billets that can get you to jump school....but you'd have to get screened for many of those billets (Force Recon, what used to be called ANGLICO, and a few others), so there's no way to "choose a job" before boot camp that will guarantee a jump school billet.
