i am not good speaking english and writing..this is a problem to join in the marines. i understand english and i take the asvab my score is 33.. the army recruit tell me the marines dont have english school..
and the marines recruit he say you dont need speak english if you understand.. this is my little problem i think i can lear more every day inthe marines i like the marines the proud

Go for it. I would recommend you study up before you do take the ASVAB again to raise that score. Go to the library and see if they have anything you can check out. Or use the internet. Perform searches on ASVAB test and see if there are any practice tests you can download.

I have worked with many nationalities in the military that don't speak good english. Just remember, at some point, you will have to effectively be able to communicate in english, both verbal and in writing. You will have to learn both to be successful.
