Sergeant Major Kent was on deck last week and during one of his meetings that I attended (purely by chance) he was speaking to a group of young Marine NCO's and he pulled out a recent Army recruiting poster to prove a point about Staying Marine.

This poster stated: "Sometimes the best soldier for the job--is a MARINE"

He followed this up with the comment, "they don't have what we have in the Marine Corps. We sell by our legacy. We fight wars and win battles. Because of warriors like you, we will NEVER have to put out a poster like that".

I got such a lift and kick out of that entire dialog that I just had to share it with you guy's.
