McKinney, Texas—Icon Construction (Icon Construction) announced today the completion of construction of a 93,000 square foot modular project for the U.S. Army Installation at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. The project consisted of two administration buildings and thirteen barracks. Buildings were constructed in Icon’s manufacturing facility in Durant, Oklahoma. The project took 100 days to complete from notice to proceed.

Icon president James Bell stated, “We are proud to continue to serve the nation’s war fighters. Our design/build and rapid response capabilities are critical to being able to support the military.”

Icon Construction, headquartered in McKinney, Texas is the nation’s only 8(a) modular firm with its own manufacturing facility. The firm is veteran and Native American owned. Their manufacturing facility located in Durant, Oklahoma gives the company SDB and HUB Zone status with the SBA.

I want touch this one. Ok I cant help it. Mods suck. But they are cheep, although probably not for the government. Adn there employing good people so, blessings and good luck maintaining. Hint keep every peice of trim sealed with vulcum, and paint regularly.

Yeah, but ya gotta admit....100 days from notice to build out completely is damned awesome! Especially 93,000 square feet!

With out a doubt they have there purpose, and I guess Military dosent need the Ritz. Also the desert might be a more forgiving place than Oregon for them.
