The Three Jarheads Benefit Comedy Show

Benefit comedy show to support the troops, in response to the following article in the Vacaville reporter three former Marine comedians, Dave Bothun, Kirk McHenry and Ellis Rodriguez, AKA The Three Jarheads are performing a benefit comedy show to raise funds to purchase items mentioned in the article linked above. (Click on Vacaville Reporter link for more details on items to be collected).

Where: the Vacaville performing Arts Theatre, 1010 Ulatis Dr. Vacaville, CA. 95687

When: October 12th at 8:00 p.m.

Ticket price: $15.00

Attendees are encouraged to bring comfort items such as AAA, AA and 3-volt lithium batteries, along with cooking spices/herbs, paperbacks, board games and playing cards. (Bins will be provided for donated comfort items)

About: The Three Jarheads are the official comedians of the Iraq War Veterans Organization and donate a portion of all proceeds to the IWVO's project, Operation Helping Heal.

The Three Jarheads are three former Marine comedians, sharing their experiences of going into, going through and transitioning out of the Marine Corps, back into "society"

No political, pro-war/anti-war, opinionated content. Just three Marines on a mission to empower and support any and all military personnel, their families, and friends with comedy that comes straight from the heart.

or was that a one time gig?
Its seems really nice to be able to do something that is completely Free of political, pro-war/anti-war, opinions.
A hard thing to accomplish in this day and age.
