Looks like a Starship Trooper. The helmet looks like it fits too close to the head. How can that be good?

Too weird looking . . . but very Sci-Fi. Yep, shooting looks like it could be a problem!!

I saw this before and altho it looks neat and is something new it looks like something for a kid. I see to many open spots that will get you killed. Side of the face, throat and neck area. I can't see putting your cheek on the rifle stock with the thing on the front. Starwars stuff again.

EXACTLY what I thought when I saw it. It is a change and change normally gets this kind of reviews as no one is used to it. But as previously said here, it just seems to "out of place."

I still don't think you could shoot very well with it. My guess is that it is more of an indoor, urban combat sort of helmet.

the biggest problem I would have would be keeping a straight face at the soldiers wearing them...

Interesting about the how do you aim with it on but the real question i have is how do you get it off in a hurry to put on your gas mask? of do we just get use to the taste of cs gas on fex now?

Ce2 that is a damn good question, how the hell can you put your mask on and this excuse for a helmet on top of that the point or what ever you want to call that thing in the front will never fit together. Now they will have to come up with a new protective mask just to go with this thing.

maybe that's why the company that we accepted the bid for the helmet designed it that way, because they want us to purchase their own special gas masks too? hmmm..

It wouldn't surprise me; and if that's the WORST way to do it financially, well by golly I'm sure that's how our government will do it!!

also .. use night vision goggles ... binoculars .. a scoped rifle ..
and hearing is a good question ..
looks good for riding a motorcycle but not too practical in combat..

hi im new but im also a design student as far as lookin though sight if notice there a banna plug and what looks a video cam type device this used like land warrior no need to bring the weapon up to ur cheek as for gas mask the face look to be removeable allowing the use of a gas mask just my thought
