Okay, this has been a re-occurring issue in the sandbox, insurgents have been hit by our 56 grain 556 rounds, and continue to run to cover, or have had enough time to set off that ied they hid. Now, a 168 grain 308 round is all but guaranteed to take somebody out of the fight. question is, what is better? double the amo, but not a possible kill shot, or a big but round that leaves you empty (and shoulder hurting) earlier.
