This is what happened to me while I was in Philly last week and it is not funny, who ever broke in to my hotmail changed my pass word and now I can't get in and it hurting me that if anyone wants to register for my web site I will not know who they are and to approve them. The following is what they sent under my name. I can't stress the importantance of pass word security.
Subject: I NEED YOUR URGENT ASSICTANCE Sender: rollie hubbard Date: Mon 10:10 Please, This had to come in a hurry to you and it has left me in a devastating state.I am in some terrible situation and I'm really going to need your urgent help now. These People wont even allow me write in native dialect.Yesterday, unannounced, I came down to London for an urgent situation.Well we actually got robbed in the Hotel I booked in and they made away with my wallet (which included my cash, diaries and credit cards). My cell phones were not brought along since I did not get to roam them before coming over.The phone cables have been burnt including internet connection cables and the Hotel's database has been compromised with as well. So all I could do now was to rush quickly down to a near by shop which has an internet facility and i pleaded with the owner to allow me send this e-mail to you now, this is embarrassing enough. Please I want you to lend me a sum of $2,600 US Dollars, just to clear my Hotel bills and get the next plane home. The Consulate only cleared me of my traveling documents and ticketing since I came in as a tourist and not on official purpose. i will also appreciate what so ever amount you can afford to send me for now and i promise to reimburse the money back to you once i get back home without hitch delay.Please let me know if you can help so i can tell you were you will send the money to Please help me so that i can resolve this matter asap, thanks for your understanding towards my situations. Hello, Coachman, if i remember when you subscribe to msn they tell you a secondary email so in case you lose your msn password you can get a new one sent to your secondary email. Did you try this because probably who rob your account forgot to change your secondary email so still there is a chance otherwise i always hear that msn is not really nice but i didn't get this problem at all. Some prefer skype or better "as they seed" jabber. |

Yes I did give them a 2nd address but to no avail I have never received it, hell I even tried calling them but no joy there either.

Reset your own password with your real server, don't worry about hotmail. If some dope snuck into your hotmail and shut you out, he/she must be a real idiot. Just inform whomever you are in contact with that some dummy took over your site. Try G-mail. Also use numbers, caps-no-caps etc,. Sorry about your problem. If you start a Hotmail again, just leave out your real e-mail, etc,. Just make one up ( G-mail??? ). Do re-set your real servers password though. Make it long and strange.  |

Typhoon I already did all that you have said, no more hot mail it just pissed me off but I am better now lol. thanks for the advice brother.
