more stuff is surfacing as the story/investigation progresses..but.. here is a medical professional who listens to guys spilling the horrors and mental anguish all day over their deployments..tough to seperate that from you mind, even for professionals.. then, his number comes up and he's next to deploy..

question is..on a base where security is tight and guns restricted how di he get non-military ordnance past the checkpoints and have access to this stuff?

Rocketeer is right, give them at Hood time to get it under control and them we will learn the what,why and the reason behind this. I don't beleive it was an act of terror but fear and mental unbalance. We must give them time to figure it out, that said hang the SOB if he lives.

So much of this is wrong, and I for one would have rather him off himself, and not make 13 families pay for his problems. How might they go about excecuting him? Via fireing squad, or what? As for the shooter,no prayers,not even a thought.
I am not interested in his past,his reasons for this act of betrayal and murder.

Hey you guys and archuleta, what got us into all this since 911 and before? It is the policy of everbody and his brother 'coming to America', the immigration policy. The multi cultural society. For 2 some centuries we were an anglo-saxon-german occidental/european cultural society and everyone who came here accepted the idea of opportunity to all who could handle it ( Latinos, jews, religous groups etc., unfortunately not the Afro Americans and native Indians who were left out, which remains a blemish). Now we have Moslems,Indians, Russians, Africans, Asians, certain Latinos etc. who commit crimes beyond their proportion in number and terrorize our society and worse, they want to force their way of looking at life onto us. If we don't agree we are stupid, racial, prejudiced, red necked or intolerant. Where will it all end? This atmosphere is what caused MAJ Hasan to commit mass murder on his comrades(my opinion). But in the end, I predict, they will find him to be a weirdo, a psychologist who needed a psychologist himself, like they all do (my experience).
