Ann Coulter - Now there's a woman!
She says nuking North Korea would be fun, and a great warning to the rest of the world: http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2005/1/5/134005.shtml |

She sure is a fiesty person. I have tried to read her books, but both times I come up short b/c she is just to partisan in IMO. On the other hand; she is a very sharp, and well educated person who does bring up very good arguements, and points. I always enjoy listening to her interviews.

I dont know about fun.
But it would send a message. Personally, I say take out their air defenses, then drop food packets and weapons all over the country. "ya say you want a revolution, well, you knooow," Crash Crew, aka Crispy Critters. "You crash we dash." |

yeah .. send a message .. that we're into nuclear holacausts .... and it might not be appreciated by the Japanese ... what with fall out .. environmental damage .. and then of course there's that little problem about retaliation by the NK's .. their own nukes into south korea ... and japan ..could make the whole deal a might bit messy ..
as for that message .. the whole world might send us one .. like a total embargo .. raw materials, oil, buying our bonds ..exporting their goods to us ... |

C'mon, holton - you're a journalist; surely you can see hyperbole when it smacks you in the nose.
Coulter is a harpy and a clown, but she is entertaining if nothing else. And she's a wonderful counter to the likes of Maureen Dowd and Paul Krugman. I don't lend a whole lot of credence to her arguments because she goes a little over the top; I just read her column, laugh, and move on... "Sometimes you just have to grab life by the haunches and hump it into submission." |

agreed .. she is fully of hyperbole .. but somehow waxing poetic about turning North Korea into Yucca Mountan West ain't my idea of a Saturday Night Live skit ..
and I'm still fused about her Max Cleland bit ..... |

Kultur stated that Max Cleland was no kind of a war hero as he de-limbed himself by picking up his own dropped grenade. Quool Qunt. Not to mention that it wasn't even his grenade that he picked up.... She's her own worst punishment.... |

Everyone knew that Max Cleland was being used by the Dem. party I could understand in part because he was a Dem. but when he went to Texas to deliver the message and refused to deliver message to fellow Veterans esp. two MOH's he seperated many Veterans from him I didn't consider and still don't deny his Khesanh accident I was not there so I will not say but I talk to some Veterans in other forums and they feel the same.
