In all my time on the net~ I have a difficult time watching actual footage. Known too many men who have given me verbal images.

Makes me heavy of heart that these men and sometimes women, take these memories home with them.

Hoss, that's COMPLETELY understanding. That's why I TRIED to use the words "great" and "good" loosely, if you know what I mean...

I watched the second video, and I'm amazed at the change in the weapons tech.
I actually had to pause the video and examine the frame to see that what I was looking at was an M-16 with several other things mounted on it.

Keep posting pics and vids of what is really going on over there. Try if you can to get pics and vids of all the other good things you are doing there too, such as the schools and hospitals that have been built/re-opened. Helps people like me tell the nay-sayers they are wrong.

I've seen a few of the clips from Iraq and the feeling I had while watching them was pride in the men serving in those difficult situations. I also know a few who served and are back home now awaiting their next tour. Some will talk of their experiences, others say hardly a word. I guess some deal with things better than others. On the other hand, I guess it could be that they feel they have no need to share those experiences with anyone other than those who have served and also experienced them.

HERE is another kick ass video!! It really is a must watch. This is one of the best ones I have seen yet. No editing to make it politically correct. You guys should really take a peek. It 20 minutes long too!!

If you are on dial-up, I am pretty sure it would take you forever and a day to download!! I would just wait until you could use your wife's PC tonite. Be sure to watch it though, I thought it was a GREAT clip, IMO!!!!

USMC, no problem. Another great website to get videos off of is www.usvmc.com. There are alot of good videos there, and it even have all off the Band of Brothers servies available for free to watch!!
