Guys,
Hello from the Brits to our longest standing American Allies This is a carboat [used to be a car] that we made to raise money for Help for Heroes [for our wounded service personnel coming back from Afghanistan]. We're about to take it 30km across to Scotland and I'd be interested to know what you think her chances are...? We've registered it with the Guinness book of Records as 'The fastest amphibious crossing of the Irish Sea' Not sure if I can post links to the videos here although I'm not advertising or selling anything so I think it's ok and just of general interest to members who will no doubt find it hilarious - they are well worth a watch!! Copelands Trip (11 km) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kztB-WpEl7A Sea Trial (round the harbour) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=87lHnkRQ_Fk Please comment on our chances... |

Any chance of it showing up in Cornwall full of smuggled goods?

As long as the 'two leggged' "sump pump" hangs in there, it should make it to somewhere and maybe increase whatever "chances" they are looking for. BoatsBM1 |
