In answer to your question...and that of others...
Requests for the reinstatement of RIML, Norman and Linux were IM'd to me and forwarded to 'TowGunner'.
As of last night...RIML and Linux had their prieleges reinstated.
Norman will not be allowed back as a member.
The decision from TowGunner was final; and, I will not override his decision.
HAL is as up to date on this as well.

I do not know the reasons for 'pak and eagle not being here...I'll look into this.

Also, is there to be any kind of warning system given? I think a 'three strikes yer out' would be the most fair, but that's just me.

As I am not the one who issued the 'BCD' to Norman...
The explanation for why rests solely on 'TowGunner', as to why and what for.
The 'adavance warning system' is up to the individual Moderator.
As an example...if I state: "Knock It Off", "Stand Down", or "Enough Already"...that is more than sufficient...
That's not 'being too heavy-handed'...as some would claim...
