Very cute, but I could hold that up to my dad and old TEDDY BUNS would come out looking like a little schoolboy. One more thing, since when did congress decide they would rather push a bill through for the sake of one of their own instead of listening to " THE REASONS THEY GOT ELECTED " ?

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/t...s/article6812988.ece The guy is not even in the ground and the GHOULS are using him as an excuse to get a bill passed that nobody in America wants passed. Meanwhile Michael Jackson's family is still trying to figure out how to make a load of jack off of Michael. http://entertainment.timesonli...s/article6812872.ece This message has been edited. Hooray for yet another dead Liberal, and drunk driver! It sickens me to the core that he got off so easy after killing someone in a drunk driving accident, and **** the Liberal politics! I should have thought the Dems would use this as some form of grasping for the last breath of the universal health care reform they are trying to push. I am also not anit-abortion, but how does one give a crap about a women having an abortion and then claim to love people so much? Or might I just be making sense?

Elizabeth, did you know that Laura Bush killed someone by running a stop sign and got off without a day in jail. I works for those who have money and influence. This does not condone Teddy's actions but it disproves your point. Hooray for a dead liberal is also in poor taste (hooray for anyone dead is not good form).

HarryP
Did she leave the scence of the accident and spend the whole night on a couch drinking and crying while her lawyers worked on the phone? Maybe Ted Kennedy made up for it somehow, but how? He did worse things to people who are still alive than he did to that poor woman he left in a ditch. |

Harry, I did not know that of Laura Bush, and I think she should hang if she really killed someone driving drunk. In fact, I don't care who you are I think you should hang (preferably after being tortured) should you drive drunk. I lost the first real friend that I ever had in my life due to a drunk driver. That was my last straw for any type of forgiveness I had for drunk drivers. It may be in your opinion that "hooray for anyone dead is not good form", but I am firm believer that some people on this Earth do not deserve to be here. Be it for their lack of purpose or their own lack of care for those on this Earth like Teddy, Laura, and her daughters (I am now thinking I know who they take after). I also have a strong distain for Liberals in America. I am of the opinion that if you don’t like this country, and its constitution then get the f*ck out of it.

I think you are misguided in your idea of what 'liberalism' is. I consider myself to be quite liberal when it comes to many issues, and I consider myself to be a patriot. my ultimate goal in life is to be a marine combat medic, and fight for my country-and yet I am, what most people would consider, a liberal. However, I do believe that many people out there are anti-American---or should I say "anti-American government"?--- and in such a case I believe that one has no right complaining, unless they attempt to improve it themselves. |

No need to fall for HarryP's very desperate reach for a comparative story that HarryP hoped would trick you into thinking Laura Bush was a drunk the loose. He didn't write that, but that was because he was trying to trick you into thinking both Teddy and Laura were on equal parallels. Facts : n 1963, then 17 years old, Laura Welch ran a stop sign resulting in a fatal car accident.[51][52] The driver of the other car was her classmate Michael Dutton Douglas, her 17-year-old former boyfriend, who was killed. In May 2000, the two-page police report detailing the fatal crash was made public in response to an open-records request. The report revealed that on November 6, 1963, Welch was driving her Chevrolet Impala sedan with one passenger (Judy Dykes, also 17). It was a clear Wednesday night, shortly after 8 p.m., when Welch entered the intersection of State Highway 349 and Farm to Market Road 868 (now Loop 250) (at 32.04362300°N 102.08530400°W). Welch failed to observe the intersection's stop sign and collided into Douglas' Chevrolet Corvair sedan. Welch and Dykes sustained minor injuries; Douglas was pronounced dead on arrival at Midland Memorial Hospital. Welch was not ticketed or charged in connection with the collision. According to the accident report released by the city of Midland, neither driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and no charges were filed. They didn't leave the scence, were not drunk. They also DID NOT round up a WOLF PACK of lawyers to defend their ass. How HarryP even tried to use this story tells a story about HarryP more than the traffic accident. By the way HarryP, was there some law in Texas in 1963 in which car accidents were considered deliberate wreckless felonies? This message has been edited. Last edited by: TYPHOON44, |

No such thing was on my mind poon. Killing someone really does not have degrees as far as I am concerned. What you do afterward, with your life may just. ( Maybe you should think about killing people poon -- is that okay if you stick around?)
My comparison was simple and to the point. If you choose to read beyond my words -- feel free to misunderstand. It is all on the web to view for anyone who chooses to do so. Both cases are for that matter. Elizabeth, a great many liberals only want the country to change to their ideal as do many conservatives. I see little difference in either of them or their goals. It is all a matter of direction and not purpose. "It is fatal to enter any war without the will to win it" DOUGLAS MacARTHUR, 1952 |

Oh come on already! Now we all have to dissect what you write vs what it could mean at any given time? You are the one who chose to use Laura Bush's name as a comparative next to Ted Kennedy and the proof is your post! My first thought after reading your post was " o.k, let's line up these two people not for one accident but for who they are ". I researched both of them and there is no comparison between the two whatsoever. Your post suggested that because of money they " got away " with something. In Teddy's case YES! Yes he did! Sadly, in Laura Welch's case, they ran a stop sign and her ex-boyfriend was killed. No national news, no nothing. Am I supposed to stand upside down before I read your post to grasp at what you wrote? Are your posts magic tricks? Hmmmm....
