That's the biggest problem I have with HMO'S is how they have a paper pusher telling a doctor what he/she can or cannot do..tell me exactly how socialized medicine would be different?
I think there should be nobody who is not a MORE QUALIFIED MD telling a doc what the fug to do, personally, whether the practice is private, HMO, or govt. sponsored. and TN didn't have an insurance requirement until then???? man..this is where again I go all fedaralist and think some things like 'liability insurance' if they have to exist and be mandated should be nationwide and 'pay as you go'...or not at all. |
