I'm not in military yet , hopefully will be soon , I live in Italy , I found there an Iraqi guy who is really cool guy , he speaks English very well and kind of westernized and not stupid Iraqi .

Any way he told me he have information about terrorists in Iraq which he would like to report and he doesn’t wants reward , he just wana help kick some asses . He asked my because im American , but I don’t have any idea,

So I have a question how can they guy report his information in Italy or even in Iraq because he is going back soon .
