My Dear Friends, and my Family, My Forumily.

I have to sincerely apologise for my absence over the period of the last few months.

For those that know me, will know that I do not abandon my friends my brothers and sisters, and for some reason if i do , it is certainly not through choice.

The last few months i have fought battle, that is mine alone to fight, a battle that the only scenario is to win or loose. For those that know me, they will know that my heart, my whole life lies with my family, my wife Kirsty, and my sons, Jack 9, George 6 & Ross 3. This is my whole life, the reason i live.

This has made the battle all the more hard, painful, and the need to win more so valuable.

The battle fought, and i pray to God and thank him, that is now won, is Cancer.

I cannot put into words, what i have been through, or express the feelings that i have felt.

I could not dump this on my friends, and fellow forum members, this is something that i had to fight in my own corner, and thank God, somehow, i won.

Yes i am fractured, yes i am not the same person I was a few months ago, but I feel that I still have so much to offer.

Yours

Back in the forum, with the help. Of someone high above.

Mike

Man I just joined this forum a few days ago and I don't personally know you. I do know we share the same passion of making America stronger and for that we are bonded in spirit. That story almost brought tears to an old (not that old)Infantryman. What's the update? God Bless you and treasure the time you have with your family.
