I won’t burden you with the gory details of what I have been through, but I understand PTSD. I may have not been in battle at your side, but I have had my own bloody battles. Perhaps I was born with a rough road ahead of me from the womb, and a natural talent for counseling those in times of extreme distress to help those who fight for the country I love. I was also grew up around more men than women, and understand it is not easy to “open up” about how you are feeling around the guys. I have helped many troops in the past, and done so with pride, and complete digression. Not a soul on this Earth will know you have contacted me for help. I feel that saying “Thank you for serving” is a start, but it is just the tip of the ice berg. I wish I was rich and could buy you all mansions, and wave a magical wand to make your troubles go away, but I do have the ability to be there. I will note that I am not a licensed professional, but good at what I do. What I offer is a bit of an easier way to talk to someone without the red tape of the VA. My P.M box is always open, and will rarely if ever be closed. I do hope to find you all doing alright today. Stay strong, and know that someone out there in the civilian world cares.
