I recently got fired (April 16) due to PTSD which cohorted by the president of the company to two 21 and 22 year old boys where the claimed that I told them that I wanted to kill 5 people in the company including the president.

The President told me at the time of the firing that it's not up for discussions or negotiations, I can collect unemployment and he's not pressing charges but it's up to other people who were threatened to press charges. 5 policemen were escorted me out.

I have no incident in the company or record or any warnings.
This company is also a subcontractor for DOD. Weeks prior I have called in sick due to constant bloody nose and raise an issue about it. The subcontractor stated that it's only uncomfortable to your nose bec of the product desiccant. But I showed them it's the spray we use that causes bloody nose and very hazardous to your health. I think this may have triggered to set me up. Also I’m the only veteran in the company of 40 employees.

I called OSHA to investigate the company after a week of my firing. OSHA came in May 6 and May 28. I have called the lady that I’m in contact with and no response either for any results.

I applied for a position and got the job but denied afterwards due to background check. They have pressed charges 4 terroristic Threats (misdemeanor) and 1 retaliation (felony) and also there is a warrant for my arrest.

I went to and bailed myself out for $4,000.00.

I was also denied of the unemployment.

I retained a lawyer for $15,000.00 on May 18.

As of this time I haven’t seen the police report. My Lawyer is not responding to my calls which unfortunately that there is no “Return Policy”. Which makes me think that they know the company and the person who fired me. I live in a very small town.

I am thinking about hiring another lawyer. I have records of these youngsters on youtube where they burn a live snake, drunk before they turned 21, making bombs to discredit them. I also know that the company is paying an ISO (Registrar/Auditor) company to be certified which made me think that he paid off these 2 youngsters. The company does not have a process and they’re machines are out of calibration.

I have sold my house and the money keeps going down. I live by Dallas, TX area. I would appreciate any advice.
