I'm a 26 year old girl who is about to join the Navy. I just joined the forums to get some helpful tips & meet some people who are already involved in serving our country
 Any feedback of helpful hints for boot camp are appreciated. |

Well for one I hope you're SURE you have what it takes to go through boot camp and finish happy; other wise you get what we call the "ronald effect". -------------------------------- Former C/Sgt: MCJROTC (2006-2008). Enlisting in the USMC August 5th 2010 (my 17th B-Day). Future 0311 (Infantryman) If you wont stand behind our troops feel free to stand in front of them. Every time someone votes Obama on election day, the Bill of Rigts will be in an ounce of more jeopardy. |

I certainly feel that I am fit for duty. I am a very strong person mentally & emotionally. I am in pretty darn good shape physically and can already meet the minimum run times/curl ups & am half way there on the push ups. I think I am sufficiently prepared.
