they weren't evacuating homes that weren't flooded.....Not sure if you saw it or not but the city itself was 100% flooded, from the river bank all the way to the lake. The west bank didn't flood. And a mandetory evacuation order was given. The confiscations were from people that WANTED to be evacuated. People were given a choice.

Not all areas were flooded, also, as I stated earlier, there is no such thing as a "mandatory" evacuation. Unless there is marshall law declared, its only voluntary.

Doesn't look flooded to me, yet they forcefully removed her from her home. Even though she was holding a gun, she wasn't holding it in a menacing manner. They tackled her and forcefully removed her. Very unconstitutional, someones rights were violated on national tv.
