Think about it, you left the chain of command no choice did you? All you had to do was bide you time and do as you were ordered to do, go to PT, and call every 2 hours. They did not have to be that easy on you did they? In fact you kinda ****ed yourself. Man up and do what they tell you, kinda like if an officer tells you something you can take that as an order. Yes they can impose UCMJ for disobeying their orders.

First of all you were given an order to attend pt and the opportunity to call your wife every two hours. The military is something everybody understands and especially after enlistment every soldier knows the price they must be willing to make in serving our country. Yes, it is sad being in the military while your loved one is home without care for the time being. I would suggest contacting some family members or friends to assist her during this time and to get yourself back the grace of the military.
I hope something works out ok for you and your wife. Remember our POWs & MIAs |
