I especially enjoyed the Toni Roma's right down there on the beach road (every road is a beach road there....) Best ribs I had in the pacific.

Spent some time there. Really enjoyed it. One of my favorite TAD/TDY spots in the world. Now, having the wife there.....might not have been as much fun.

Temporary Quarters and Per-Diem is great.
45 days at a fine little hotel. 87 meals out at various restaurants...a few home cooked dinners at new friends and colleagues an Office pot-luck and a beach winnie-roast on Liberation-Day. Tasted some Korean BBQ beef and some Chamorro beef and sausage. Drank Pespi and tuba. Best cheeseburger over at Jeff's Pirate's cove (so far), best steaks st Lone Star (of course) best Pad Thai at a little momma and boone-sans close to my hotel. Have not found the best Chinese (so many woks...so little thyme...) Best home-cooked is pilipina...mummm those Lumpias...   This message has been edited. Last edited by: Weatherman1956, |
