good on yer, gunny... still, didn't figure you for the corner office type..guess you'll have to upgrade the polyester suit to a silk jobbie and actually wear a tie now..

make sure you get the briefcase with the side pocket for the emergency beer and, for gawd sakes, don't let them saddle you with a Balckberry!! those are the devil's playthings and the ruination of civilization!!

This was the most recent post I could comment on, but have fun Gunny! I'm back on the forums again, gents and miscreants! I'm finally settled down. I will make every attempt to stay in touch from across the pond. A very pleasurable assignment with the new wife in Baumholder, Deutschland! Hooray. I move off to Vicenza, Italy when they finally build us a compound. Its good to be a CavScout in the line Army again! "I love the smell of napalm in the morning! It smells like.....VICTORY!"

Good to see you are back!

Vicenza, Italy?

You must let us know what you might "scout" in such a place.

ok boyz an girlz. I made it back alive an it wasn't from lack of trying by those texas drivers! Takes forever to drive through that state. Watch the sun come up, go down, come up an go down and yer still in friggin Texas! That state sure is wacked when it comes to speed limits! Some highways its 70 during the day and 65 at night, other areas its 80 during the day an 65 at night, and heaven help you if they do stop you, they fine you right on the spot! Call a judge on the radio and hold court right there on the side of the road. Can't say I blame them for not exceeding the speed limit there, but the real problem is that if everyone is driving the speed limit, no one will ever pass anyone.

Had a great time in Plano (northern Dallas) and got more than an eyefull and earfull with regards to my new job. Got to put faces to all the voices I have been dealing with on conf calls for the last three years or so.

One thing, it sure is great to be back home again. And yeah, they saddled me with a Blackberry about a year ago. I really don't like having it and have even gone as far as float checking it in the toilet in hopes that they wouldn't replace it....they did.

Welcome back to the world there CavScout! Good to hear that you have settled back in! Missed your sage advice around here! The rest of all you degenerates..... head over to the bar as the rounds are on me! Harry--- keep an eye on the front door so none of the snot lickers sneak into the bar!

Naw, just went there for leader training. I'm back in Yuma now. Was looking out the orifice window yesterday and Air Force One was on the tarmac most of the day....
