But here I am checking in. Seems I can't post on P/CP much anymore without someone questioning my service, or lack thereof. That, or when I am entering active duty.
I'm not a poser, I am planning on joining, but sometimes life throws you curve balls that keep you from pursuing certain venues. Right now I'm going through nursing school, but I do plan on going into bootcamp this summer and be in the Reserves. I have changed my mind several times (this I know) but I think this is the right decision for me. I really like my classes, and I am excited as to the possibilities. First step is CNA. I'll finally get to work with patients. I can go to boot camp after these first round of classes. They end July 13th. My recruiter also feels this is a good decision, since my ultimate goal is to become an officer. Fire away with any questions, I'll be glad to answer. After being hounded so much over there because im not a vet, I think this site is where I'll start posting more frequently. Doesn't seem to have the "pressure" to have the BTDT status as the other place. Hope you guys are cool with that, and hope I'm welcome over here. And to those that don't know. This is AF2BeHr |

Welcome aboard Hollie. Being John Wayne rolled into Audie Murphey is not a requirement here. Honesty is, so ya shouldn't have to worry none.

We're cool with it...
I've never had a problem with you. If I can learn to at least accept that the Wabbit will not bring about the End of the Free World and cause Al Quaida to win, I can accept just about anyone. |

Welcome Hollie. You've chosen a good career field. My sister's a nurse. Not RN, but LPN. She works in a nursing home. They're working her something like 70 hours a week, though. But her base pay is about $17, so with all that overtime she's doing alright.

To CoachMan,
Don't know the story, but for whatever you do, take care, and live it up. To Hollie, Welcome to the real world. I hope you find all that you seek and apply yourself in all you do. Options are there, but it's up to you alone to choose. You will do well, I'm sure. Kind Regards, |

Hollie...
I do not know whether or not you are still posting here... But... Your're more than welcome to post here...make yourself at home. The Road of Life does not require a map to follow directions. Plan wisely. |

Hell I don't even remember what I was upset about so I hope I can stay. Please forgive my senior moment. Welcome Hollie
