Just curious here, but which of the topic boards is going to be the Point/Counter Point debate forum over here? I don't like to argue or anything Wink, but I'd like to know where the action is going to be. Big Grin

How about the Military Debates forum, or we can add a specific forum? What do you think?

I'd prefer to allow everyone else to pitch in on anything like this. I'm not trying to make this a mirror image of mil.com, but was wondering which debate forum over here was going to be the closest to Point/Counter Point on mil.com. It may even come across as a copy if it were named that specific name, but was just curious.

Well, the "Open Discussions" forum show promise - after all, we have to be able to debate important things like TV shows, sports teams, and the Crime of the Day...

I think "Open Discussions" would be the place for that. You can cover just about anything in there. If you have something military related that you would like to dedate on then you could really post it in either "Open Discussions" or "Military Debates." It's really up to you. I think the "Military Debates" forum is for more "hardcore" or "rare" events that will take/have taken place for you to get "your debating on." Confused Big Grin Wink

Glad you could make it, and thanks for asking about my son Dave. He's doing well. Should be home stateside sometime in March if all goes well . . .

Well, let's not invite EVERYBODY from P/CP - some of those guys aren't exactly polite company. Big Grin

But hopefully we can have actual, reasoned debate around here.

Now, wait a minute. I may not be polite company, and need to be kept away from the general public, but...I...not...debate...have...oh, hell. What was my point?

OK, sounds good to me. Just as long as I have somewhere to argue...I mean debate.
