TOM...I appreciate actually getting to touch base with you! I understand what you want to accomplish here and I'm sorry you had to experience the pent-up emotions of folks who have been instrumental in running off from MilCom's P/CP Board! I truly think it would have settled down in another week.

Tow I had removed most of my profile but did not remove my membership I put my profile back with a few changes.The reason was it bothers me very much when I see one Veteran trash another no matter the reason I hope it is over because you have a good site and some good people on here.If you disagree with what I feel or did please let me know.

That practice of 'bashing' is very much frowned upon and for the most part, the individual(s) involved are history, or have been advised not to continue that practice.

This site is not...I repeat NOT...a mirror/spinoff of 'Military.com'!
There were a few from elsewhere who wouldn't 'let the past go'...and they came aboard this site with the sole intent of creating chaos and discord from within.
Our guidelines are pure and simple...such conduct is not permitted, nor is it accepted.
This website is geared for all military personnel, their families, friends and supporters, as well as those who desire to be a part of this fine community.
If you perform a search on 'msn' under the term: 'military'...this site is listed second only to another...
And, that's an excellent accomplishment for the short time this site has been around.

Of course it matters, Rocket. Failing to be No.1 implies that another place might be better, which is tantamount to site recruitment and hence a violation of TOU. Google could be facing a permanent revocation of priviledges.

You phrased your last line very well, by the way. If you had said, 'if you don't like it, go somewhere else', you could have been suspended for the same offence. Nicely dodged.

I know a 'Rocketeer' from somewhere else, incidentally. Not as nice a place as this by any stretch, of course...

If being number one is the end all an be all, then they are welcome to it. Myself, I prefer the easy pace of things in here, especially after watching and sometimes participating in a sites downfall.

Dr. Who, jump in some of the threads in here and meet the folks that make this site great.

I think dissing the site or otherwise bringing it into disrepute should be worth an Article 15?
