But seriously, what Chi says makes sense to the way some of the hard liners think. Perfectly logical to them. Abhorent and sickening thoughts and ideas, but the potential is still there. We have played out all the various scenerio's involved with such an attack. Are we prepared to defend against it? Hell yes we are. Don't think for one minute that if the US were to come under a biological attack of that magnitude that we wouldn't immediately launch an all out strike against those that attacked us in such a manner?

Yeah, I know we would I just hope it would not be as large of a scale as they are talking about...100-200 million dead Americans. It does make you wonder if that is what they are planning though in regards to the biological weapon...kinda weird how they had SARS and the BirdFlu outbreak there. I guess time will tell. The reason those outbreaks happened....poor hygiene, poor health care, and low standards for livestock. The whole SARS and birdflu is all media hype. More people died from the flu last year in the United States then from SARS, birdflu, westnile, or whatever other disease the media will hype again.

How will the Chinese troops get here? I seriously doubt the Chinese will be able to get onto the American mainland without being noticed. If they are thinking of expansion, it will be the areas immediately surrounding them, IE. Korea, Japan, India etc etc.

Of course, all we need is another Clinton in office to give them the rest of the nuclear weapons data they're missing. Thats the only way I see them getting here, is if they are capable of launching ICBMs this way.

I highly doubt the CEP being 500-3500 meters being consistent. Sure they have capability to reach the west coast, but they do realize the global implications that would create for China. Every major nuclear power will be aiming and launching their nukes at China if they ever attacked us with nuclear weapons. If they ever did though, I would say 80% of the warheads wouldn't even make it to dry land and I'm being too nice with that number.

well, seeing as to how they only have limited numbers of these things and they are already twenty years or so old already, the current doctrine is to only use them as a retalitory strike. Even then its doubtfull that all 24 would reach designated targets.
