Good post Joe. Most of the links to the tango sites don't work but that's an indication of how mobile they are and how difficult tracking them can be without human intel.

Here's a fairly good site with information on quite a few terrorists. It will amaze you how many individual cells there are. To get the info, you have to type a * or ? in the search box.
